Shipping policy

At Shivrati, we want every piece to reach you with care and on time.

 

• Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

• Shipping Time: Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days.

• Shipping Charges: 

1. PAN India Free shipping on all prepaid orders

2. We offer partial COD, where ₹100(non-refundable) is paid in advance and the remaining amount upon delivery.

3. If order is not delivered due to unavailbility of customer order will be returned to us and ₹120 (Charges of Courier) will be deducted and remaining amount will be refunded.

• Order Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order is shipped.

• Disclaimer: We will not be responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen delay by courier companies in delivering packages to the customer, or if the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery.
