Return/Exchange Window

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.]​

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

Unused and unwashed

In their original packaging with all tags intact

In the same condition as delivered

Exchange Process
​

Once approved, we will schedule a reverse pickup from your address (wherever serviceable).

A ₹100 exchange fee will be charged for exchange request to cover reverse pickup, quality checks, and reshipping.

After your exchange request is approved, please email us the payment screenshot for the exchange fee within 24 hours so we can process your exchange smoothly.

Once the payment is received, your replacement will be shipped within 48-72 hours.

Exchanges are only allowed one time.

Exchanges are not available for international orders.
Return Process

Once approved, we will schedule a reverse pickup from your address (wherever serviceable).

A fee of Rs. 100/- will be charged towards return processing and reverse‑pickup. The remaining refundable amount will then be credited back to your original mode of payment.
