Return/Exchange Window

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.]​

Eligibility Criteria

​

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unused and unwashed

  • In their original packaging with all tags intact

  • In the same condition as delivered

Exchange Process

​

  • Once approved, we will schedule a reverse pickup from your address (wherever serviceable).

  • A ₹100 exchange fee will be charged for exchange request to cover reverse pickup, quality checks, and reshipping. 

  • After your exchange request is approved, please email us the payment screenshot for the exchange fee within 24 hours so we can process your exchange smoothly.

  • Once the payment is received, your replacement will be shipped within 48-72 hours.

  • Exchanges are only allowed one time.

  • Exchanges are not available for international orders.

 

Return Process

  • Once approved, we will schedule a reverse pickup from your address (wherever serviceable).

  • A fee of Rs. 100/- will be charged towards return processing and reverse‑pickup. The remaining refundable amount will then be credited back to your original mode of payment.

  • Returns are not available for international orders.

 

Received a Damaged or Incorrect Product?
